Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line For PVC Pipe Making Machine
PVC series plastic pipe production line is mainly used to produce every size of pipe in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cable, etc. This machine consists of twin conical (parallel) screw extruder, vacuum forming tank , haul-off unit , cutting unit , material tumbling frame, etc. Twin screw extruder and haul-off unit adopt imported A/C inverter, both vacuum pump and driving motor used the top grand.
PO series pipe major used for water supply , gas supply , coal mine, solar energy , floor heating, communication area and so on. The production line consists of new generation high efficiency single srew extruder(38:1) , pipe mould , vacuum calibration tank, spraying cooling tank, hual-off unit, cutter, stacker ,etc. Single screw extruder and haul-off unit adopts imported AC inverter, both electrical componets and driving motor use the quality brand.
