The production processing of PVC skin foam board is as follows:

(1) It is suitable that the PVC resin powder has a polymerization degree of 700. Japan's S-1007, S-700, South Korea's LS-70, Shanghai chlor-alkali WS-700.
(2) Since calcium carbonate is easily damp, calcium carbonate is preferably a surface-treated light active calcium carbonate having a fineness of 800 mesh or more.
(3) The foaming accelerator composition contains a stabilizer and a foaming accelerator, and CN-010 is a heat-dissipating and blowing foaming agent, and it is necessary to use HYPET products.
(4) Adding about 30 pieces of crushed material is beneficial to the stability of the feed without affecting the foaming effect.
(5) AC foaming agent and CN-010 should pay special attention to moisture.

All other raw materials should be checked for moisture and precautions should be taken. After the materials are finished, the bags should be sealed in time to avoid moisture.
