The Principle of Plastic Pipe Shapping
The main function of the plastic pipe vacuum tank is to calibrate and cool the pipe. With automatic control of water level and water temperature, the sizing sleeve is installed on the vacuum calibration tank and equipped with a pre-cooling chamber. The inlet is "wet inlet type", which means, cold water directly contacts the plastic pipe through the annular channel and the specially designed water distribution plate. The box and water pipes of the plastic tube vacuum setting box are made of stainless steel. The plastic pipe vacuum setting box is mainly matched with plastic extruder, forming, setting die, tractor, cutting machine, and turning stacking device. The main function of the plastic pipe vacuum calibration tank is to shape the molten pipe blank extruded from the die into a pipe under the conditions of vacuum and spray, and then cool it. The plastic pipe vacuum calibration tank is divided into two sections: the front section is a vacuum and spray cooling section, and the rear section is a spray cooling section. The three-dimensional adjustment system ensures consistency with the extruder center.
