Q1. Can I make a sample order first? Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light order?
A: There is no limitation on MOQ, sample order is all right and mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: It will take 2-5 days for sample orders, 1-2 weeks for bulk orders.

Q3. How do you ship the lights and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Samples are normally shipped by Air Cargo or Air Express (2-6 days). Sea shipping time will be varied depending on destinations.

Q4. How to start an order?
A: Please let us know which model or wattage you would need, as well as any other requirements on the lights. We will provide with light details and quotation immediately.
