Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?

A:We are a factory.

Q2:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A:Our factory is located in Ningbo City, China, near Hangzhou and Shanghai airport. You can fly to Ningbo airport directly, or we can pick up at Shanghai airport.

Q3:What are the application ranges of your products?

A:We can install the light at garden, lawn, patio, parking lot, driving path, and anywhere can get the good sunlight.

Q4:Can I have a sample order before mass produce?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q5. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production needs 2 weeks for order quantity more than 10,000pcs.

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.

Q9: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution.

Q10: What to do with the rainy day or cloudy day?
A:The outdoor solar light is waterproof. After fully charged, it can work for several rainy/ cloudy days.

Q11: Why the charging efficiency is low in winter or cloudy day?
A:Generally the sunlight standard is 1000kw/m2, in the winter or cloudy day, it is much lower than standard, so the charging efficiency is lower accordingly.

Q12: If the solar lamp can not work, how to deal with it?
A:In Winter, the sunlight intensity is lower than standard sunlight(1000kw/m2), it need more time for charging.

Q13: What's your payment term?
A:We could accept payment by T/T, L/C, Western Union, Trade Assurance, etc. We believe that more kinds of payment terms would be acceptable in the future.
