Product Description
Our prefabricated steel structure factory buildings feature main load-bearing components composed of high-quality steel, pre-processed for efficient assembly. The structure includes steel columns, beams, foundation, and roof trusses, with optional brick wall maintenance.
Construction Process Overview
Installation Sequence: Steel columns → Column supports → Temporary crane beams → Roof beams and supports → Final beam adjustment → Maintenance structure installation
Steel Column Installation
Our steel columns are manufactured in two sections (lower lattice and upper H-beam) for easier transportation and on-site assembly. Each approximately 6-ton column is lifted using 50-ton and 25-ton cranes to reach the 17-meter position height.
Lifting method: Single machine rotary lifting with protective wood padding at column foot plates to prevent damage during installation.
