Single Screw Extruder System
The single-screw extruder transports and shapes multiple ingredients into uniform food products by forcing the mixture through shaped dies. Featuring three processing zones (feeding, kneading, cooling), this system offers controlled processing conditions with residence times from 15 to 300 seconds. The screw is constructed from 38CrMoAl with nitriding treatment (60HRC hardness), while the barrel maintains 55HRC hardness for durability.
Multi-Layer Drying Oven
Available in three, five, or seven-layer configurations with electricity, gas, diesel, or steam heating options. This stainless steel oven features compact design, large drying area, high thermal efficiency, and temperature control up to 300°C. The adjustable belt speed allows precise control of drying time for various products including pet food, textured soy protein, and peanuts.
Custom Shape Capabilities
Pet chew shapes can be customized by changing molds, with sample shapes designed according to client specifications.
Complete Production Process
This fully automatic production line follows a comprehensive workflow: material mixing with water → material conveying → extruding → drying → cooling → storage.
