Single Screw Extruder
Single-screw extruders utilize one screw in the barrel to transport and shape multiple ingredients into uniform food products by forcing the ingredient mix through a shaped die. These extruders typically consist of three zones: feeding zone, kneading zone, and cooling zone. While single-screw extruders have limited mixing capability compared to twin-screw models, they offer precise control over processing conditions for temperature and residence time (15-300 seconds). Various fried and baked snacks are processed using single-screw extruders.
Multi-Layer Dryer Oven
Available in three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer configurations with electricity, gas, diesel, or steam heating options. Suitable for baking and drying various foods including inflating food, pet food, textured soy protein, and peanuts.
