Q1: What are your terms of payment?

A: 30% T/T as deposit, 70% rest payment before delivery or against copy of the BL. Photos and videos will be offered before delivery. Q2: What are the terms of delivery? 

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF 

Q3: What are the terms of packing? 

A: We pack our goods in bundles or coils with rods or belts, we could also pack the goods according to customers' requirements. 

Q4: What's your delivery time? 

A: For ready-in-stock products, delivery will be arranged within 7 working days after the deposit was received. For those products that need to customize, we have to calculate based on quantity and requirements. 

Q5: Could you produce according to our customized products?

A: Yes, we can customize services according to customers' samples, or technique drawings. 

Q6: Could you provide the compliment samples? 

A: Yes, samples will be offered for free on the condition that it is available in stock, however, the transportation fee is borne by the buyer.

Q7: How could you guarantee the quality of your products? 

A: Each piece of product is manufactured by certified workshops and inspected by QC piece by piece according to national QA/QC standards. We also could issue the warranty to the customer to guarantee the quality.
