The required equipment
A set of manual welding equipment, a handle Angle mill, an electric hammer, a plane ruler.
Weld preparation
1. Check and debug the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment; 2. Prepare φ4.0J402 electrode to dry at 300℃-350℃ for one hour.
Welding process
1. Assemble the vertebral body and the large flange together according to the requirements of the drawing, and then divide the large flange into 8 equal parts.

Weld quality
The weld strength is required to reach the base metal strength at least. The weld surface is smooth and smooth, without burning through, porosity, welding leakage, slag inclusion, edge biting, incomplete welding and other defects. The residual height is less than 2mm.
Matters needing attention
1, the bottom must use J506 welding rod manual surfacing, and the use of small current welding. Weld strictly according to welding process.
2. After welding each position, use a level to check the deformation of the flange plane.
3, while welding with air hammer hammer weld, in order to achieve the role of stress elimination.
