Introduction

Weldability analysis of P92 steel
The sensitivity of welding crack is lower than that of traditional ferritic heat-resistant steel
P91 steel needs to be preheated to 180 ℃, and the crack rate is zero. P92 steel only needs to be preheated to 100 ℃, while P22 steel needs to be preheated to 300 ℃
It has obvious aging tendency.
After aging for 3000 hours, the toughness of P92 steel decreases a lot. The impact energy of P92 steel decreased from about 220j before aging to about 70j. After 3000 hours of aging, the tendency of impact energy to continue to decline is not obvious, and the impact energy will stabilize at the level of 3000 hours of aging. The aging tendency occurs in the range of 550 ~ 650 ℃, which is the working temperature range of the steel. The base metal has obvious aging tendency, and the weld with similar composition to the base metal will have the same tendency
