Features of stainless steel seamless pipe:
First, the thicker the wall thickness of the product, the more economical and practical it will be. The thinner the wall thickness, the higher its processing cost will be; Secondly, the process of the product determines its limited performance. Generally, the accuracy of seamless steel pipe is low: uneven wall thickness, low brightness on the inner and outer surface of the pipe, high sizing cost, and there are pockmarks and black spots on the inner and outer surface, which are not easy to remove; Third, its detection and shaping must be processed offline. Therefore, it embodies its advantages in high pressure, high strength and mechanical structure materials
T92 alloy pipe has excellent performance and the service temperature can reach 650 ℃. Manufacture pressure parts such as high-temperature superheater and reheater tubes of subcritical, supercritical and even ultra supercritical utility boilers with metal wall temperature not exceeding 650 ℃, avoid or reduce dissimilar steel joints and improve the operation performance of steel pipes. It is mainly used for superheaters and reheaters in power plant boilers, headers and steam pipes (main steam and reheat hot steam pipes) under extremely harsh steam conditions. It can also be used as steel for pressure vessels and high-temperature pressure parts of nuclear power.
On the basis of T91 alloy tube, T92 alloy tube has further improved the composition, appropriately reduced the content of Mo to 0.30-0.60%, added 1.50-2.00% w to form W-Mo composite solid solution strengthening dominated by W, added n to form interstitial solid solution strengthening, added V, Nb and N to form carbonitride dispersion precipitation strengthening, and added a small amount of B (0.001-0.006%) to form B grain boundary strengthening, so as to develop a new ferritic heat resistant alloy steel.
