Service performance and regulations
heat treatment
The quenching temperature should be adjusted at 700-900 ℃, and rapid air cooling is strongly recommended to obtain corrosion resistance. Time and temperature will harm the grain size at the same time. Be sure to carefully formulate the main quenching parameters.
Cold pull
Positive and intermediate quenching shall be carried out for cold drawing. High cold work hardening rate.
The cold forming deformation should be higher than 5%, which must be applied after internal stress removal or quenching.
welding method
Argon arc welding machine, plasma arc welding, gas shielded welding or manual argon arc welding can be used for electric welding. First, single pulse arc welding is recommended, and surface treatment shall be carried out after welding.
