Threaded flange refers to a kind of flange connected with pipeline by thread. In design, it can be treated as loose flange. N08800 is a nickel iron chromium alloy with good strength and excellent oxidation resistance and carburization under high temperature exposure. These nickel steel alloys are the same, except for higher levels of carbon in 800H alloy and the addition of up to 1.20% aluminum and titanium in 800ht alloy. N08800 is the first of these alloys, which is slightly modified to 800H. This improvement is to control carbon (0.05-0.10%) and grain size to optimize stress fracture performance.
