Production Instruction

1. Peanut is fed into the feeding hopper by manual feeding, and the shell and kernel of the peanut are peeled off by the squeezing force between the rotation of the pattern and the curved grid. The peeled peanut kernel and the shell fall simultaneously through the front curved grid.

2. When passing through the air duct, most of the peanut shells are blown out of the machine by the wind of the upper fan, and the peanut kernels and a part of the peanut fruit that has not been peeled off are dropped onto the specific gravity sieve for sorting, and the sorted peanut kernels are sorted and dried.

3. The unpeeled peanut fruit is descended from the sorting surface and flows into the lifting device through the feeding port. The air is sent to the lifting device to be secondly peeled off in the drum, and the peeled kernel and shell are dropped through the rear curved grid.

4. Once again, the fan is selected by air blower, and the specific gravity sorting screen is selected. After repeated, all shelling can be achieved.

2). After receiving the inquiry for repairing the engineer of sell party will solve by phone and email, if necessary the engineer will go to solve the problem on the spot, the buyer should pay daily salary $100, also pay technical visa cost, round trip tickets, rooms and meals.
3). During the quality guarantee period, if it is the quality problem (except easily damaged parts), the cost for maintenance and replace will be borne by sellers.
4). During guarantee period, the seller will provide service of with compensation as follows:
(1)The damage caused by person and force majeure;
(2)The damage caused by improper operating;
(3)The damage caused by reforming, decomposing assembling.
5). Paid service will be provided for the long term after guarantee period.
