The working principle of the oil press:
The hydraulic oil press is a rack that uses oil to transfer pressure to pressurize the oil under static pressure. The power source for the oil pump is manual or electric; the pressure applied to the blank can be divided into vertical and horizontal. A cylinder is fixed on the base of the vertical hydraulic oil press, and a cylindrical piston is arranged in the cylinder, and the upper part of the piston is connected with the bearing plate. The preform is pre-pressed into a round cake, and the outer cake ring is stacked between the bearing pan and the top plate with 20 to 40 round cakes, and the cake and the cake are separated by a thin pad with a hole to drive the top of the piston.
