If the workshop only uses cranes for transportation operations, there are greater risks and higher requirements for operators. In order to ensure safety and work efficiency, rail transfer trolleys have been developed and put on the market.
The transporting parts are loaded onto the rail transfer trolley by crane and then operated by remote control, so that the rail transfer trolley can carry out handling operations along the required route. If the workpiece is relatively special type, a support frame can benstalled on the transfer trolley table. In addition, the rail transfer trolley comes with a safety inspecting device, which will automatically stop when the transfer trolley encounters pedestrians or obstacles, which is safe and reliable.
