Product Description
The AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) is a type of intelligent transport equipment designed for indoor and outdoor factories, integrating automated control and high-precision positioning. Its Mecanum wheel drive design enables full range of motion (forward, reverse, lateral movement, diagonal movement, and on-the-spot rotation), significantly improving operational flexibility and docking accuracy in confined spaces.
Structure and Drive
The vehicle is constructed from a welded, high-strength steel structure, resulting in a compact appearance and strong load-bearing capacity. The load-bearing capacity can be customized according to actual needs. The Mecanum wheels consist of multiple tilting rollers, enabling flexible operation in any direction. The drive system utilizes high-precision servo motors coupled with encoder control, ensuring smooth movement and minimal positioning error.
Navigation method
The vehicle's built-in intelligent AGV control system supports multiple navigation methods, including laser, QR code, and vision, allowing for flexible selection based on production line layout. The system supports automatic path planning, obstacle avoidance, task scheduling, and remote monitoring, enabling seamless integration with MES systems.
