Working principle
AC 380V power source is connected with cable reel at the bottom of the cart by one cable. With the moving of the cart,cable reel lets out and collects cables. Motor and gear reducer are controlled by the electrical system to drive wheels and make the cart start, stop, go forward and backward, speed up and slow down and so on. V-shape rack can be installed on the cart to prevent cylinder materials falling from the cart.

Application
1. Metallurgical platform is designed to transport casting forms (either empty or filled with molten metal) between the shops of metallurgical plant.
2. Coil cart is mainly used to transport paper roll,aluminum coil,steel coil,steel pipe,cement pipes,shaft and cylindrical products.
3. The applied industry: paper works,steel mill,aluminum plant,construction and so on.
Advantages
1. Columnar goods can be easily and safely put on the carts and the transportation is very effective.
2. The carts can start and brake stably during the transportation so as to prevent the coil goods falling down from the carts.
3. As the V-shaped rack is installed, coil carts can run at a high speed during the general transportation, and efficient transportation could be achieved.
