This series assembly transport is more often to be used in the assembly line.

Working Principle

KPC series’ material handling transfer table is powered by sliding line. It conducts AC 380V sliding line directly into AC electrical control system of the transfer cart to let it start, stop, go forward and backward and so on.

Components

This transfer table includes Cart frame, AC motor, gear reducer, sliding wire, wheels, electrical appliance box, alarm lamp, remote controller or hand-held pendant

Functions

a. It also can be used in the ferry condition and flammable, explosive environment.

b. And it is the first choice for transferring materials from one workshop to another.

c. This series transfer table is designed to be used in the assembly transport, suitable for the conditions of short running distance(≤50m) , high frequency, low cart’s height
