The main products of cable reels are as follows: counterweight type, torque motors type, hysteresis type and frequency conversion drive types. the cable reels are divided into spring driven cable reels and motors driven cable reesl. the spring driven cable reels are used to control the winding up and discharging of cables. it is mainly used in crane, stacking device or wastewater treatment technology. the coils spring driven drum is more reliable and cheaper, and can be replaced with the electric drums. especially for mobile devices without internal power supply. the flange of the spring driven drums are made of galvanized metal plate, and the outer edge of the flange is crimped. the core of the reels are made of metal plate, and the outer layer is protected by polyester coating, which can play a good role in preventing corrosion. |
