I. Working principle:The cable drum powered transfer trolley are powered by spring cable drums which installed at the bottom of the trolleys or one side of the trolley. The one side of AC 380V cable is connected with the power source and the other side is linked to the motor. The cable is wound around cable drum.

IV. Operation Instructions:
1. Before using for the first time, check whether all electrical connecting screws are loose. if they are loose, please press them tightly.
2. close the main circuit breaker q0, then close the circuit breakers f301 and f303.
3. operation of flashlight: place the selection switch s40 at the position of flashlight. press the s11 start button, at this time, the main contactor k0 is closed and connected, but the remote control and ground operation are invalid. if it is necessary to stop the machine, press s21. at this time, press the forward and backward buttons of the flashlight door, and the flat car can move forward and backward.
4. ground operation: place the selection switch s40 in the ground operation position. press s12 start button, at this time, the main contactor k0 is closed and connected, but the remote control and hand switch operation are invalid. if it is necessary to stop the machine, press s22. at this time, press the forward and backward buttons of the ground operation panel to move forward and backward.
5. remote control operation: put the first selection switch s40 in the remote control operation position. press s13 start button, at this time, the main contactor k0 is closed and connected, but at this time, the ground operation and hand switch operation are invalid. if it is necessary to stop the machine, press s23. at this time, press the forward and backward buttons of the remote control panel to move forward and backward.
6. adjustment of starting torque, adjusting the time of time relay k401, k402 and k403, lengthening the time of relay can slow down the starting torque. reducing the time of the relay can increase the starting torque, but at this time the impact of the flat car is relatively large.
7. emergency stop: in any mode of operation, if it cannot be stopped in operation, the stop key must be pressed immediately.
