WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Dumping the material into the hopper rely on gravity to complete the demolition of the bag unloading work.Operation flow showing as below: Open the feeding door, artificial or hammock will bag on the shelf or Lifting Table, unpack Bag , push the bags into the hopper,materials fall into the hopper ,empty bag is pushed out from the Bag-outlet,after sieving, qualified materials are falling into the next process, debris left on the screen. Machine can equipped with bag filter or filter dust collector (optional), feeding process is under the condition of negative pressure environment, no dust leakage, greatly improving the feeding environment. The device discharge port can be connected with the vacuum conveyor, screw conveyor and other variety of conveying equipment.
