Corrosion-resistant Alloy Casing Centralizer Made Of High-strength Corrosion-resistant Cast Aluminum
Centralizers are constructed of high-strength, corrosion-resistant cast aluminum. Used with corrosion resistant alloy sleeves to reduce the effects of galvanic corrosion. The helical lobe structure increases the annular turbulence, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning the wellbore.
Features
1.Lightweight, 2-4 times lighter than other galvanized alloy, cast aluminium alloy and Cast Steel Rigid Centralizers.
2.The coefficient of friction is lower than that of steel and aluminum centralizers. The unique spiral design produces better cleaning power and improves cement replacement efficiency. The casing has obvious drag reduction.
3.High compressive strength and good wear resistance.
4.High temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance.
