We offer the following features in our pump:
1. The pump barrel's inner surface undergoes carbonization quench and chrome plating technology for enhanced durability.
2. The plunger surface is treated with thermal metal spraying technology to ensure longevity.
3. Our pump is designed to meet the requirements of long stroke, high speed, and deep production, ensuring efficient pumping.
4. It provides a large displacement capacity while also being resistant to wear and corrosion.
5. The pump allows for long periods of operation and is easy to repair.
6. It complies with the API Spec 11AX standard and holds the certificate of authority to use the official API monogram.
PUMP main parts process and material:
Pump barrel: plain carbon steel plating (A1), ordinary carbon steel carbonitriding (B1), ordinary carbon steel carburizing (B2), low alloy steel nitride (B5).
Plunger: 1045 steel spraying (B1), 1045 steel spraying (B2), 1045 steel chrome plating (A1), 1045 steel double chrome plating (A2).
Valve ball and seat: stainless steel (A1), cobalt chromium (B2), tungsten carbide (C1), nickel and carbon compounds (C2), titanium carbide (C3).
Other accessories: plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and other materials.
