For this type of pump, the barrel is put in the well to the designed depth with tubing. And then put the plunger into the barrel with sucker rod. Given the tubing size, the bore of the tubing pump is larger than that of the rod pump, so the pump rate is higher. According to seating mode, the rod pump can be divided into three types: THC pump (Stationary Heavy Wall, Cup Seating, Tubing pump), THM pump (Stationary Heavy Wall Mech. Seating, Tubing Pump) and THD pump.
The pump barrel coatings available for this product are plain carbon steel plating (a1), ordinary carbon steel carbonitriding (b1), ordinary carbon steel carburizing (b2), and low alloy steel nitride (b5).
For plunger options, there are four choices: 1045 steel spraying (b1), 1045 steel spraying (b2), 1045 steel chrome plating (a1), and 1045 steel double chrome plating (a2).
Valve ball and seat materials include stainless steel (a1), cobalt chromium (b2), tungsten carbide (c1), nickel and carbon compounds (c2), and titanium carbide (c3).
Other accessories are also available, made from materials such as plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, and similar materials.
