API 11AX DOWNHOLE SUCKER ROD PUMP
Various pumps and spare parts conform to API SPEC 11AX, and special pumps can be
designed and manufactured such as heavy crude oil pumps, sand-proof pumps and Gas-proof pumps
according to the requirements of users. Key parts of the pumps can be made of materials with
strong corrosion-resistance and excellent mechanical properties conform to NACE stdMR-01-76
according to various well conditions.
Barrel Type:
1. Plating barrel, 67HRC-71HRC
2. Chemical material plating barrel, corrosive medium is difficult to invade, it's suitable for oilwells which have more corrosive medium.
Spray plunger:
1. HRC is greater than 53.
2. The spray surface is solidly combined with pump bodies.
Valve Type:
1.Stainless steel valve seat and ball, with competitive price.
2.Stellite valve seat and ball, high hardness, corrosion-resisting.
The barrel assembly and the standing valve assembly of the pump can be mounted and connected to the tubing on the ground, which are run into the well first, then connect the plunger assembly with the lower end of the sucker-rod and run them into the pump.
Tubing pump has the characteristics as large flow rate, tight and sound structure.
Standing valve has two types: non-pullable and pullable. The pullable standing valve tubing pump has cup type and mechanical type.

Pump barrel: plain carbon steel plating (A1), ordinary carbon steel carbonitriding (B1), ordinary carbon steel carburizing (B2), low alloy steel nitride (B5).
Plunger: 1045 steel spraying (B1), 1045 steel spraying (B2), 1045 steel chrome plating (A1), 1045 steel double chrome plating (A2).
Valve ball and seat: stainless steel (A1), cobalt chromium (B2), tungsten carbide (C1), nickel and carbon compounds (C2), titanium carbide (C3).
Other accessories: plain carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and other materials.
