Chinese API sucker rod pump
The pump barrel is made of the high quality special-purpose pipe. The internal surface is processed by superficial strengthening treatments like chrome-plating, nickel phosphorus compound plating, carbonitriding and so on. That makes high intensity, the good rigidity, wear and corrosion resistances.
* The plunger surface is processed by spray metal coating of nickel base alloy powder, or chrome plating, to achieve good wear and corrosion resistances.
* The valve ball and the valve seat are made of high-carbon chromium stainless steel ,ceramic or tungsten carbide, with long service life.
* The pump efficiency is high and the pump detection period is long.
