Downhole tubing pump/SRP for oilfield description:
Tubing pumps are suitable for corrosion and small amount of sand and gas, deep Wells, such as complex well conditions, safe, stable performance andwide application.,easy to operate, The pump barrel assembly (including the pump barrel and extension adapters) is screwed directly on the bottom end of the tubing.
A larger tubing pump can be used for the tubing with the same size, making it suitable for the well with large production capacity.
The sturdy pump structure and larger flow passage allow thick crude oil.
Due to the limit of the sucker rod strength and elasticity, it is usually applicable to large displacement shallow wells and deep wells but not in gassy wells and ultra deep wells.

Plunger: 1045 steel spraying (B1), 1045 steel spraying (B2), 1045 steel chrome plating (A1), 1045 steel double chrome plating (A2).
Valve ball and seat: stainless steel (A1), cobalt chromium (B2), tungsten carbide (C1), nickel and carbon compounds (C2), titanium carbide (C3).
