Heavy Duty Polished Steel Rod 1 Inch Diameter 25 Ft Length API 11B Certified Alloy Construction
Heavy-duty polished steel rods manufactured to API 11B specifications, available in 1-inch diameter with 25-foot length. These precision-engineered rods are designed for demanding oilfield applications with superior strength and corrosion resistance.
Produced from hot-rolled alloy steel bars including AISI 4142, AISI4XX, and Chrome-Moly Alloy (20CrMo or 30CrMo). All bars undergo straightening and Eddy Current inspection for surface defect detection. Both ends are upset through automated high-speed hot forging processes.
Complete heat treatment includes full-length normalization to relieve residual stresses, air-quenching, tempering for grain structure refinement, and surface shot-cleaning to remove heat treat scale.

- Material grades: C, D, K, HY, HL
- Steel types: AISI 4142, AISI4XX, Chrome Alloy (20CrMoA or 30CrMoA), ASTM4118

Full range of rod accessories including polished rods, sinker bars, rod couplings, and pony rods. API Type T or spray metal couplings available in pin sizes from 5/8" through 1 1/8" in full-size or slim-hole diameters. Sub couplings provided for connecting polished rods or tapered rod strings.
