3/4" - 1 1/4" API 11B Oilfield Hollow Sucker Rod Polished Steel Pony Rod in 25-30ft Lengths
API 11B compliant hollow sucker rod pony rods manufactured from hot-rolled alloy steel bars including AISI 4142, AISI4XX, and Chrome-Moly Alloy (20CrMo or 30CrMo). All bars undergo straightening, Eddy Current inspection for surface defects, and automated high-speed hot forging for end upsets. Full-length normalization, air-quenching, and tempering processes refine and homogenize grain structure, with surface shot-cleaning to remove heat treat scale.

- Material grades: C, D, K, HY, HL
