API 11B certified hollow sucker rods manufactured from premium alloy steels including AISI 4142, AISI4XX, and Chrome-Moly alloys (20CrMo or 30CrMo). These polished steel rods feature centralizers and are essential components connecting surface pumping units to downhole oil well pumps.

All bars undergo straightening and Eddy Current inspection for surface defects. Both ends are upset using automated high-speed hot forging. Complete normalization relieves residual stresses, followed by air-quenching and tempering to refine grain structure. Final surface shot-cleaning removes any remaining heat treat scale.
Comprehensive range of rod accessories including polished rods, sinker bars, rod couplings, and pony rods. API type T or spray metal couplings available in pin sizes from 5/8" through 1 1/8" in full size or slim-hole diameters. Sub couplings provided for connecting polished rods or tapered rod strings.
