The Dia 44mm Oilfield Sucker Rod Pump Spray Metal Plunger is engineered for reliable performance in demanding oil extraction operations. This precision component operates through a dual-stroke mechanism to efficiently lift oil from wells.
During the upward stroke, the plunger moves to the bottom of the tubing pump. Hydraulic pressure from the upper tubing causes both traveling valves to close, while the stationary valve opens, allowing oil to flow through the pump into the tubing due to pressure differential.
During the downward stroke, the traveling valve opens and pressure drives oil through the side hole of the extractor into the plunger, then upward into the tubing.
