This is why our rod inserted pumps can be furnished with the components most suitable for your field of application and pumping operations can easily be extended to corrosive environments.
To achieve maximum performance,API rod inserted pumps are machined with extra small clearance between the plunger and the inside wall of the barrel.
The rod inserted pump plunger is directly connected to the sucker rod string, and may be tripped into and out the tubing with the barrel together with no need to pull out the tubing string, which can reduce maintenance time and downtime.
The life span of tubing can be prolonged by decreasing times of turning on and off the tubing thread and the time of working over is also shortened. The rod pump can be classified into two types of mechanical seating and cup seating. Also, it is divided into three types as RHA (stationary heavy well barrel top anchor rod pump), RHB (stationary heavy well barrel bottom anchor rod pump) and RHT (traveling heavy well barrel bottom anchor rod pump).
