Machine introduction
This machine (Model:HS-600) we call it pneumatic SMT stencil cleaning machine, it's a automatic stencil cleaning equipment, with the cleaning and drying function combined. This machine uses compressed air as its energy source and belongs to a new type of high-performance fully pneumatic cleaning equipment. The scraper/PCB board is manually placed in the cleaning room, and after adjusting the cleaning and drying time, the start switch is pressed. The scraper/PCB board will be automatically cleaned and dried, and will stop running automatically when the set time is reached. The opening time of the door is automatically reset to facilitate the cleaning operation of the next workflow and greatly improve production efficiency. Among them, the liquid used for cleaning can be recycled in this machine, greatly reducing the consumption and cost of the liquid, greatly shortening the operation time, and eliminating the need for operators to come into contact with the liquid, which will not cause harm to human health. The power source used in this machine is compressed air, which does not require any electrical input, making its safety performance reach 100%. There are no requirements for liquids, and all control components use imported brands to ensure stable operation and long service life, reducing after-sales service after the warranty period. The exhaust gas generated by drying is discharged through a special exhaust device inside the machine, reducing the evaporation of liquid and reducing the consumption of liquid and compressed air.
