Product Overview
Single Tube Screw Valves are precision volumetric metering and conveying systems designed for high-precision quantitative dispensing applications. Utilizing a spiral structure with self-sealing screw and stator design, these valves deliver materials without shear effects, preserving medium characteristics while enabling motor reversal for adhesive break and eliminating dripping/pulling issues.
Working Principle
The volumetric metering system operates on the infinite piston principle, featuring hermetic rotor-stator sealing. Rotation within the stator core enables precise quantitative delivery for fluids ranging from low to high viscosity (0-1,000,000 cps). Core volumetric delivery pumps ensure pressure stability and linear characteristics, allowing consistent metering via pump speed or time control.
Stator and Rotor Construction
Stator cores available in FFKM, FKM, or NBR materials with AL 7075 housing. Drive shafts use SUS304 stainless steel with perfluoroelastomer wrapping, enabling speeds up to 2.2 revolutions/second. Screws feature imported stainless steel with titanium plating or ceramic options for enhanced wear resistance and surface finish.
