Machine introduction

This machine is a automatic PCB cleaning machine in the SMT production line, it used for clean the dust, static, and other dirties on the PCB surface.

The machine used between the PCB loader and screen printer, also used before the conformal coating equipment. It's a new development and also a trend for the SMT production line, because it clean the PCB before the welding, so the defects during and after the welding will be eliminated in advance. 

Features

1, The whole machine is made of stainless steel.

2, PLC program control.

3, Two pcs Keyence brand ion wind bar(ionizer), two pcs sticker roller, one pc adhesive roller combined for the whole cleaning process.

4, Ionizer use for clean the electric static on the PCB.

5, Adhesive roller and sticker roller work together clean the dust.

6, In-line cleaning, upstream machine is the PCB loader, down stream machine is the screen printer.

7, Draw-out design for easy changing of adhesive rollers and maintenance.

8, Standard machine is the single side PCB clean, double side cleaning process is optional.

9, Manual adjust the PCB width, automatic adjustment is available based on customer's request.

9, SMEMA signal compatible.
