Introduction

This machine(HS-300) is the blade moving PCB separator, using upper circular and down linear blade design,before cutting, put the v-groove onto the linear blade,the upper circular blade moving to finish spearating, the force stress is relative low, the board don't need move will protect the components on the board, avoid damaging.

Features

1. The use of microcomputer program control, precise pointing, strong stability. A knife cut off 0-360MM length within a single board.
2. Cutting board walking knife speed adjustable high and low two kinds of speed 500mm/s and 300mm/s, knife speed, if you can improve the quality of products, no burrs, no burrs.
3. Knife wheel travel: 0-360mm (tool length can be customized). Knife wheel up and down height fine-tuning: 0-2mm in order to apply to a variety of PCB board thickness, to solve the PCB board V-CUT slot depth problem. The height of the operating table can be adjusted: 0-50mm.
4. Knife travel can be set with the length of the board to move forward to stop the fixed point, stop the fixed point is set manually.
5. The depth range of the backstop: no limitation. Maximum board cutting width: unlimited, maximum board cutting length: 360mm, maximum board thickness: 0.2-5mm, maximum thickness between V grooves: 0.25-2.0mm.
