This unit is used after the AOI, by recieving the upstream AOI signal, automatic collect the NG/OK boards separately to relevant magazine.

 

Features

 

1.The lift power uses a single-phase gear reducer motor.
2.Lifting drive adopts hard shaft guide rail, equipped with TBI ball screw drive.
3.The conveyor track is made of special profile with anti-collision stainless steel.
4.The conveyor chain is made of PC40 black rubber.
5.Control is controlled by PLC with light touch button switch operation.
6.Device status indication: Use a tri-color lamp with a buzzer.

7.Standard SMEMA communication interface.
