Principle of absorption
The suction nozzle of SMT surface mount machine mainly adopts the principle of vacuum adsorption to suck up parts. When the nozzle head comes into contact with the component, the negative pressure vacuum source will transmit negative pressure to the nozzle head through the connecting rod. This creates negative pressure inside the nozzle head, which attracts the parts onto the nozzle head. Due to the action of atmospheric pressure, the components on the circuit board will be fixed on the nozzle head until the surface mount machine places the components in the target position.
