Introduction

The Carrier tape has pockets that are shaped to match the contours of the component to be carried.

The width of carrier tape is between 8 and 104 mm,which is under the EIA standars, we also can custom for customers. In the carrier tape, there are sprocket holes down both sides of the tape, round with a radius of approximately 1.5 mm on one side and oval with a "radius" of 0.75 mm on the other.

These holes enable precision presentation of the pocket to the pick and place unit.

Application
