SMT Production Line Equipment
Universal SMT Machine: Uses programmed instructions to mount components onto designated PCB positions. Capable of handling SOP 28 pin or larger components including those mounted by high-speed machines. Supports roll, disc, and tubular packaging components. Offers high precision and versatility with slightly slower installation speed compared to high-speed machines.
Reflow Soldering: Utilizes SMT solder paste or red glue with optimized temperature curves to complete soldering between paste and components.
Unloader: Transfers completed boards into magazines via transfer track system.
Optical Inspection Instrument: Automated optical inspection (AOI) system detects common welding defects through camera scanning and image comparison with qualified parameters database. Displays and marks defects for repair by maintenance personnel.
