The linear knife type depaneling machines were designed to depanel prescored panelboards carefully, without bending or tension stress.
Even sensitive SMD-components like ceramic capacitors will not be damaged by the depaneling process.
It suitable for all kinds of pcb board,LED aluminum board,COB board, cooper board,etc. It’s widely used, low cutting force stress, few cutting burrs,and the board side is smooth and flat, it’s a best choice for high quality board cutting.
