Introduction

This machine adopt Japan brand high speed steel balde as the cutting tool, use circular and linear blade combination to finish the separating process, linear blade fix the PCB on the bottom, and circular blade moving to cutting the entire printed circuit into small pcs PCB. It's a eady and convenient PCB separating machine, suitable for cutting all kinds materials boards with the V-groove, like the aluminum board, fiber-glass board, LED board,etc.

Features

1,  The upper and lower blades are made of HKD11 Japan brand high-speed steel, which can be sharpen many times and repeatedly use.
2, Traveling distance max at 600mm, if need longer also can be customized, the height of upper circular blade can be adjusted range at 0-5mm, 

     the user's manual will teach how to do the adjustment.
3, Maximum board cutting width is unlimited, best at 50-200mm.

4, The whole machine is made of stainless steel structure, very stable and ensure the cutting precision.

5, Cutting speed(circular blade moving speed) can be setted freely.

6, Digital display show the cutting speed, and production quantity.
