This unit is used to collect PCBs into two magazines from dual track equipment at the same time.
Working principle of the unloader
Board receiving mechanism
The SMT unloader uses a board receiving mechanism such as a robot or a conveyor belt to remove the mounted PCB from the mounter.
The robot usually uses vacuum adsorption to firmly hold the PCB.
Transfer mechanism
The unloader will transfer the connected PCB to the designated output or subsequent station.
