Our Enclosed Loader, also known as Enclosed PCB Loader or Automatic Enclosed Loading Machine, is a specialized automated PCB handling solution designed for SMT production lines that require high cleanliness and safety. Different from ordinary open-type PCB loaders, it adopts a full enclosed shell design, which can effectively prevent dust, debris, and external objects from entering the equipment, avoiding PCB contamination and component damage caused by external interference. As the "starting point" of the SMT automated production line, it works closely with PCB Magazine Unloader (installed at the end of the line) to realize the full automatic circulation of PCBs from feeding to unloading, greatly improving production efficiency and product qualification rate.
