Product Overview
The HS-800 nozzle cleaning machine automatically completes cleaning and drying processes for SMT nozzles. Utilizing advanced fluid mechanics technology, it generates powerful water mist that cleans both surface and internal contaminants from precision nozzles, including components as small as 01005 and 0201 sizes.
Cleaning Technology
High-Pressure Jet Technology: Produces 3-10μm water mist particles that penetrate and clean the inner walls of small nozzle apertures.
Pulsed Power System: Generates sound velocity (360m/s) pulsed power injections at 30 pulses per second, creating continuous impact forces that effectively remove surface and internal contaminants.
