The Biobase Rotary Evaporator is a precision laboratory instrument designed for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery applications. Operating under vacuum conditions with constant temperature heating and rotating flask technology, it enables efficient evaporation through large surface area film formation.
Working Principle
Under vacuum conditions, the rotating flask maintains constant speed while heated at controlled temperatures. This creates a large evaporation surface area on the flask wall, enabling efficient solvent evaporation. The vapor is then condensed through high-efficiency glass condensers and collected in recovery flasks.
