Production introduction
Perforated metal sheet is a useful material made from punching thousands of small holes into metal sheets. It can range from light to heavy gauge thickness and any type of material can be perforated, such as powder coated perforated, the size of the holes, the distance between the holes,can be modified.
Usually, perforated metal sheet have three standard hole patterns- round,square and slotted. Round is the most popular and most frequently selected option. There are three ways of arrangements of round holes are adopted:straight-line patterns, 60 -degree staggered type and 45 - degree staggered type, with a staggered option, the direction of the stagger typically coincides with the short dimension of the metal sheet, while a straight-line hole pattern is usually parallel to the long dimension.
