Introduction of the Aluminum Panels

Aluminum panels is also known as aluminum laser cut screen and aluminun perforated sheets.

Laser cut sheet is some kind of irregular pattern sheets, different with the punching sheet, the holes are in any shape, usually we need make CAD drawing first, than do the cutting, and because of its usage, surface treatment is always needed: Powder coating, PVDF coating and anodizing.

We chose aluminum material because its light weight and clearance, of course some customers also chose iron or stainless steel one as basic material. we can meet all these requirements of customer. the thickest aluminum material we can do now is 8 mm, and as long as you send us the CAD drawing, we can do any pattern you like. if you dont have drawings, dont worry, we also have our designer who can help you confirm the pattern the drawing. 

Production Process of the Aluminum Laser Cut Screen

1. Decoiling the aluminum material in Roll.

2. Cut the confirmed pattern by laser cut screen.

3. Polish the bur of the metal before painting

4. The panels will be painted.

5. Finish Package.
